Rome. I can’t believe I’m saying it again so soon but ciao from Rome! This city easily became one of my favorite cities ever since I first visited it last April with Ben. The food, it’s people and it’s richness in history makes it so easy to love. After spending two weeks last time in this lovely country, I made a vow to myself that I had to bring Verniece as soon as possible because I knew then that should would love it as much as I did :) When we got an email from KKDAY that they would want to collaborate once more after that trip I took with them to Las Vegas, we immediately said vogliamo andare a Italia! (Yup, the magic of google translate :P)
And now we’re here!!! :)
On Verniece: Cape from Apartment 8, Dress from Style Staple, Boots from Korea, Bag from YSL
On Vern: Cape from Apartment 8, Pants from Style Staple, Boots from H&M, Bag from Chanel
If there’s one advice I would give anyone who loves to travel, it would be that you first should travel to a place with your boyfriend/husband then go again, if you can, with your bestfriend. Especially if all you and your bestfriend want to do is take photos and go on the silliest adventures for the gram :P On my first visit, all Ben and I did was eat, shop and walk around. Our schedule was literally this: Walk around from one tourist spot to the other then look at it for 15 minutes for the first part of the day then spend the rest of it just eating, drinking, sometimes go to the shopping district and eat some more. On the other hand though, Verniece and I did the complete opposite! We spent 60% of our time taking photos and 30% of our time pigging out and 10% shopping. I guess you can say I experienced best of both worlds :)
Before we left Rome to continue on with our European adventure, we got to squeeze in a shoot with SWEET ESCAPE. Verniece and I have taught you tricks on how to take photos when you’re travelling alone or have noone to take your photos together but after hearing all the horror stories about theft, we just decided that we wont ask random people to take ours. Good thing that we had SWEET ESCAPE to take care of that problem for us :)
Can’t wait to tell you more about our trip! Hope you’ll stay tuned! :)
