I’ve badly missed doing fashion posts so right after the Sinulog festivities calmed down, I immediately took the time out to shoot! :) I noticed that you guys still want me to go back to the basics and to start it off, I thought of giving you outfit ideas for the mall since I know that this Filipino’s favorite hobby! I’m very guilty of this since I still love to window shop during my free days and even in between meetings :P I also understand your sentiments on what to wear doing so! You want something practical, fashionable yet one you can get yourself in and out of to try on stuff :) Ofcourse, I wanted these outfit posts to be legit as they can be so I headed to SM SEASIDE CEBU, the biggest mall in the city. I also went the extra mile and even matched the colored staircases. Yes, each and every one! I also love the shades they picked: Blue for the seaview wing, orange for the mountain wing, yellow for the cube wing and green for the city wing. Here are 4! :)
1. A romper + lace up flats can be your bestfriend on the weekends. It’s very easy to style because you just need to think of your shoes, hair and accessories. This is perfect for those lazy Sundays where you just want to relax with family. Get a printed one so you’ll still look like you had to dress yourself for 30 minutes when it only took you 5 :) Also, when trying on stuff, you don’t have to remove more than one item. The lace up can be your enemy once you start trying on shoes though :P
2. An off shoulder top can be an item you can use to get your look from day to night. If you have multiple plans for the day, then why not already wear the top that you can use both in the mall and for your dinner plans as well? All you have to do is change your bottom to something alittle bit dressier. Make sure to keep your hair up to show off those shoulders of yours :)

3. You don’t have to dress down just because you’re going to the mall, you can also dress to impress if you’re in the mood for it! :) Just make sure to wear flats. This is my favorite among all 4 because of the skirt’s color and it screams the 70’s trend that I love so much. It’s fine to go out of your simple outfits and into your dressier ones if you’re expecting to see someone you want to amaze or just want to feel good about yourself for the day. Please just do yourself a favor and wear comfortable shoes. Malls are huge nowadays and SM Seaside is probably the biggest one I’ve been and it’s not an easy task to walk around the place!

4. A pretty dress, simple make up and flats are all you need for movie date night. Adventurous dates are always fun but sometimes, it’s nice to go back to basics. Don’t fuss yourself with an intricate outfit with all the accessories in the world and heels. You just need all the three elements for a fun movie date night! I’m sure your date will love that you’re wearing something simple too :)
Speaking of the mall, have you Cebuanos been to SM Seaside yet? It’s so big and I love that it’s complete with stores that highlight both local and international brands. Also, they filled it up with restaurants I love from Manila and homegrown ones as well which is great for both locals and tourists :) I watched a movie there too a few days ago and their cinema’s pretty! Can they make all the moviehouses around the country like that?! haha! Can’t wait to go back next month and do my once a month shopping there since I can get discounts in stores inside the mall with just my PAL boarding pass. Make sure to bring your PAL boarding pass when you visit to get discounts too. :) Hurry now and check their Facebook page for more details before promo ends on February 29!
