I told you we’re THAT excited! haha We spent the past three days in the land of shopping and dimsum all thanks to PARISIAN SHOES AND BAGS! :) This post will be quite lengthy so I shall just tell you all about our trip through pictures and captions:
Our flight was a couple hours delayed so instead of having almost the whole of Thursday free, we arrived at the city proper around 7 pm already so we rushed straight to Mongkok to get started on our shopping!! :)
Mongkok is actually Verniece and I’s favorite place to shop next to Canton Road! :) It’s our very own form of heaven!
Right after Mongkok, we went back to the hotel and got ready for Lan Kwai Fong! It’s a street where all the local pubs and clubs are. It was a Thursday night so it wasn’t as packed as the last time I went.
We ended up in Graffiti, a Filipino owned club where almost all the waitresses, staff and even the DJ are Pinoys! It was cool how there were only two packed places in the area and one was this and the other was the San Miguel pub :)
We went home pretty early so we could start our Friday as early as possible as well :)
We had lunch here in Kitchen 65 located at Tsim Tsa Tsui and I had the best hainanese chicken there yet! Its ironic how I just came from Singapore and I didn’t taste it there :P haha!
Verniece loves her roti + curry! haha
We went straight to Central to shop at H&M!
it was raining pretty hard and we didn’t even realize that we were inside the store for 4 hours! haha! The magic of H&M!!
We walked all the way to IFC mall to finally satisfy my craving for Garrett popcorn! :(
Right after IFC mall, we went back to the hotel to rest and fix up for Avicii!!!!!!!! :) :)
We’ll tell you more about the concert on a separate blog post :)
We ended our night early in the morning already and we had to rush packing so we can reach our check out time of 12 noon so we didn’t have the time to fix up anymore! :( haha
We went back to Mongkok, H&M and Twist to do some last minute shopping :)
We headed to the airport right after and spent a good 4 hours there roaming around :) Verniece and I are so blessed to having been given the opportunity to go abroad again for work for the second time this year. We’re crossing our fingers for more!!! Thank you thank you thank you to PARISIAN SHOES AND BAGS for this :) :) :) We can’t wait to share more of our outfit posts and the Avicii concert with you in the next few days :)
